Role Overview: The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for content creation, social media management, engaging with KOLs/KOCs, email marketing, SEO, graphic design, video editing, and implementing effective marketing strategies. This role combines creativity with analytical skills to enhance our online presence and uphold our brand's image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead marketing initiatives and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Creative Thinking: Generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, compelling content across various channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and blogs, ensuring strong copywriting and brand consistency.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize results.
- Team Collaboration: Work with teams across design, sales, and product development for aligned marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget for optimal resource allocation and ROI.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand image and voice across all marketing materials.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including content creation, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and current marketing trends.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong copywriting abilities.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
