Contact Center Technical Consultant (Genesys)
Our client, a Global MNC is looking a dynamic individual to join the team & oversee the delivery and administration of their cloud-based contact centre solutions (Genesys cloud)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the integration of Contact Centre Software architect : from design, implementation, testing and support.
- Advise on the technical direction for advanced Contact Centre technologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders, recommend the suitable software architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to make sure the successful delivery of the CCaaS solution.
- Lead the migration to a CCaaS solution, ensure business needs is met.
Qualifications
- Degree and above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Over 8 years of experience in Contact Centre solutions, specifically in Genesys.
- Relevant experience in Cloud enablement, API/Web Service integration.
- Hands-on development experience in Omnichannel orchestration
- Experience working in IT consulting with MNC environment is preferred
- Proficient in Agile Methodologies
