Responsibilities:
- On-site management and maintenance of industry building
- Planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management and operational activities of the industry building
- Administration and management of contracts
- Provide efficient and effective solutions to owners/tenants
- Other job-related and ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Nitec in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in managing MCST Property
- Good knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSMA) Act will be an advantage
- Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player with strong analytical & leadership skills
- Must be able to take work pressure and meet deadlines, proactive and self-driven
- Diploma / Nitec holders without experience are welcome to apply
- Training will be provided
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice period
