Role : Technical Project Manager
Location : Singapore
Experience : 7+ years
In order to fulfill future industry demands, the package external research project manager will play a crucial role as a member of the advanced package PF team. The candidate would be a significant IP contributor and has a passion for creation and innovation in solving problems. It is necessary to have prior practical experience managing cross-functional teams using technical expertise to develop solutions for new products. Experience with external collaborations on innovation incumbent, design, and characterization for high-performance integrated circuit advanced packages is a must for the successful candidate. To support innovative structures, the candidate should have experience developing and implementing new procedures and materials. It might also be necessary to lead tight coordination with the supply chain ecosystem and customers.
Key Qualifications:
- MS degree in mechanical, electrical or material engineering + 5 years is required, or Bachelor degree with 7+ experience
- Prior experience in advanced packaging (2.5D/3D, WLP, FC, SiP)
- Good understanding of chiplet architecture
- Experience in design, simulation (electrical, mechanical and thermal) of advanced package is preferred
- IC package or system product design experience is preferred though not required
