Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, troubleshoot and administer the company’s network hardware and software solutions.
- Support SDWAN architecture during installation and post installation.
- Evaluate the current network architecture to recommend upgrades and improvements and continue monitoring and support.
- Support all virtual and physical security appliances in high-availability environments that span multiple data centers and physical locations.
- Create, maintain and update operational documentation security infrastructure, communication flows, and routing necessary to support the environment;
- Proactively monitoring security systems and performing preventative maintenance and security updates to prevent performance impacts to systems and business functions;
- Manage network firewall, routing and switching solutions, configuring and tuning hardware and software to ensure optimum network performance and resource availability.
- Participate in disaster recovery tests, planning and solutions.
- Support operational teams when new systems or servers are introduced.
- Plan and execute of any hardware migrations and upgrades that pertain to firewalls and network solutions.
- Maintain processes and models to discover and remedy security incidents detected by network appliances
- Apply troubleshooting and root cause analysis methodologies to resolve security incidents detected on the network.
- Design, plan and implement projects as required to support the day-to-day production requirements and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Maintain and administer perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining network infrastructure

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in network administration and engineering, including management of firewalls, web proxy servers, and IDS / IPS systems in a global enterprise.
- Minium 3 years’ experience with vendor specific security products including Dell Switching, Palo Alto, Aerohive Wireless and Cisco, CCNA/PCNSA/ACMP/ACSP certifications preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experienced in supporting and troubleshooting WAN technologies, including routing protocols BGP, MPLS, OSPF and SDWAN.
- Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation at least one week per quarter
- Ability to work independently and with US based supervisor
- Flexibility in schedule to facilitate collaboration with colleagues and business partners worldwide, and to execute changes during low impact periods.
