Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cafeteria operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Ensure the cafeteria is adequately staffed at all times.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate cafeteria employees.
- Design appetizing menus and determine appropriate portion sizes.
- Manage food and supply orders to ensure a well-stocked cafeteria.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
