Job Scope:
The Creative Marketing Assistant will serve as a key support to the Creative Marketing Manager. The primary focus will be on delivering graphic assistance for sales materials and onboard resources, including maintenance, editing, and creation of visually appealing content, adhering to the established brand guidelines of Aqua Expeditions.
- Collaborate in updating graphics and formatting for Sales and Marketing materials, ensuring adherence to existing brand guidelines.
- To work with the Content team, to ensuring that Aqua Sales Kit is organized and up to date and making updates as and when necessary.
- Collaborate in updating, and printing of onboard materials, maintaining a consistent and visually engaging presence.
- Provide graphic design and video editing support for the Consumer Marketing team, including the creation of advertising campaign artwork, flyers, banners, image sourcing and editing, and short video clip editing.
- Assist with maintenance of Aqua video and image library, including photo enhancing, clip editing, and archiving.
Requirements:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Mastery of Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Adequate knowledge of Adobe Suite tools like Bridge, Aftereffects.
- Experience and proficiency with Google Docs and DropBox.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of graphical content.
- Positive, problem-solving attitude to address challenges creatively.
- Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design positions.

Salary: $3500
