Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 07:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities主要职责:

  • Administrative Support:Assist in the daily operations of the department.
    Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and correspondence.
    Manage and organize files, records, and documents.
    Handle routine office tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.行政支持: 协助部门的日常运营。准备和维护报告、演示文稿和信件。管理和组织文件、记录和文档。处理日常办公室任务,如归档、数据录入和日程安排。
  • Coordination:Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
    Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for the operations team.
    Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.协调: 与内部团队协调,确保运营顺畅。安排会议、预约,并管理运营团队的日历。充当不同部门之间的联络员,促进沟通和合作。
  • Project Management:Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.
    Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
    Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.项目管理:协助规划和执行运营项目。监控项目时间表和交付物,确保按时完成。准备项目状态报告,并向利益相关者传达更新。
  • Customer Service:Address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
    Provide support and resolve operational issues as they arise.
    Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.客户服务:处理来自内部和外部利益相关者的询问。提供支持并解决运营问题。保持高水平的客户服务和专业精神。
  • Data Management:Maintain and update databases with accurate and current information.
    Generate and analyze operational reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications资格要求:

  • Experience:Junior Level: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
    Senior Level: 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.经验:初级:1-3年行政或运营角色的经验。高级:5年以上运营、行政或类似角色的经验。
  • Skills and Competencies:Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Familiarity with project management tools and software.技能和能力:优秀的组织和多任务处理能力。良好的书面和口头沟通能力。熟练使用微软Office套件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook)。熟悉项目管理工具和软件。
