Order processing Specialist

Job responsibilities:

1. Order Processing with ERP System: SAP GUI 770 for internal/external customers

1.1. Processing incoming materials, spare and wear parts, prototype/benchmark & follow-up the status flow from end-to-end,

1.2. Machine license orders and related requests,

1.3. Service Orders by creating Stock-Transport-Orders & follow-up the status flow from end-to-end.

2. Adherence to Business Process with efficiency and punctuality

2.1. Formal examine of the orders, contracts, price, payment terms, incoterms, general term and conditions & issuance of invoice and any related sales document according to company's business process.

3. Adequate understanding in Incoterms 2020-ICCWBO. Required clear understanding of EOS general terms & conditions (GTC) along with shipping incoterms 2020 (iccwbo) in-line with the Business Process.

4. Active coordination with APAC regional teams for internal/external customers

4.1. Order preparation, disposition, dispatch, returns, import clearance, export control, custom enquiries, service etc.,

4.2. Advise & investigate importing or delivery issues involving couriers/forwarders due to damages,

4.3. Manage import clearance matters and pre-alert to consignees (DHL tracking link and flight detail) Preferably with knowledge of Harmonized System (HS) Code,

4.4. Support Freight Cost quotation for Dangerous Goods Materials Create freight quote requests from regional admins for DG materials to preferred Forwarders: Dachser & DSV or advise other freight quotation matters,

4.5. Create Purchase Orders for offices and facility related services requested by internal colleagues.

5. Adhoc and back up support

5.1. Support all types of Adhoc enquiries from regional sales admin,

5.2. Create EOS Offer to local customers when Sales Admin is absent.

6. Month End Reporting preparation (strong knowledge of excel and SAP)

7. Support for office inventory related task

Job requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering and Business Administration

2. Good IT knowledge/skill (Microsoft 365 applications, Cloud Platform)

3. Meticulous and well-organized with continuous improvement focus

4. Good command of English with the ability to work independently

5. Team player with good communication skills, internally and externally

6. High degree of cultural awareness
