Job Responsibilities:
1. In charge of all aspects of accounting matters and day-to-day financial operations, including preparation of financial reports and statements. Perform daily accounting routine functions.
2. To handle and responsible for annual statutory audit, taxation matters. Quarterly GST reporting.
3. Report to the management with timely and accurate financial information.
4. Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other policies.
5. Assist in the coordination and preparation of financial audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
6. Collaborate with team members to reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve issues.
7. Liaise with external auditors and tax agent to ensure smooth year end closing.
8. Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
1. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accountant roles, preferably in F&B / Retail sector but not a must.
2. Experience in handling full set of accounts.
3. Degree or diploma in Accountancy or related discipline will be an added advantage.
4. Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills; Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
