Position objective:
We are looking for a 6 months contract, extendable or convertible Marcom Manager to join Soitec's Global Marketing and Communication Team. This key role will define, develop and implement corporate communication strategy for all company business lines. Working closely with senior business unit directors the role will oversee the prioritization of all external communication to maximize market positioning and company branding. This role will also be responsible for Corporate Marketing.
Roles & responsibilities:
External Communication
▪ Communication and Events - Asia region ownership — USA joint responsibility Work closely with the Executive Team to: Plan, Develop, Implement and Evaluate
▪ Soitec's strategic External Communication Program
▪ Develop and Entertain large network of contacts/journalists with diverse media and network of influencers
▪ Develop and Manage Communication (business, corporate, other aspects on demand) with media-generating opportunities for media exposure, organizing interviews, providing material for articles, proactively communicate Soitec's Corporate and product news and preparing various support for media such as press releases, videos and other visuals
▪ Manage Digital Communication, including social media, website (in English)
▪ Develop standards guidelines
▪ Provide content material and support for social media portals Develop a network of influencers
▪ Contribute in building Soitec's long term External Communication strategy and content Guide the Executive Team regarding communication plans and press releases
▪ Manage existing and develop new communications programs and initiatives
▪ Provide business lines guidance on communication strategy
▪ Implement Metrics to evaluate the impact of External Communication Strategy
▪ Responsible for external communication budget allocation
Corporate Marketing
▪ Prepare marketing collaterals including: Presentations, White Papers, Videos and other Visuals to support needs of:
o Corporate Marketing Plan
o Global Business, Innovation, Investor Relationship Organizations
▪ Prepare C-level presentations and material for external business events — direct interaction with Soitec's executives
▪ Organize (logistics, content) for Soitec's external business events — tradeshows, conferences, webinars etc
▪ Define various marketing campaigns (messages/purpose, content, logistics) to support Soitec's brand and Soitec's products development
▪ Manage planning of conferences and fairs, suggesting internal speakers
