Job Responsibilities:
- Perform phlebotomy procedures using proper, sterile, and safe techniques in our clinic.
- Undertake healthcare assistant duties including appointment management, patient registration, billing, payment collection, documentation, collation of laboratory reports, and arrangement of follow-up appointments for patients.
- Perform first-aid, triage, and conduct patient assessments.
- Explain and introduce health screening packages and blood tests to patients.
- Answer calls and reply to text messages.
- Assist doctors during consultations and procedures, including chaperoning.
- Prepare submissions for Medisave and CHAS claims.
- Perform inventory management and ensure prompt restocking of medications and supplies.
- Perform data entry and close daily settlements.
- Maintain cleanliness in the clinic daily.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certified and experienced Phlebotomist.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Responsible and caring personality.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm (with lunch break from 12.30pm to 2pm)
- Saturday: 9am to 1pm
- Rest days on Sunday and Public Holidays
- No night shifts
