Main Activities:
- Perform all stages of warehouse operations
- Assist with cargo receiving and parcel returning (if any)
- Resolve conflicts at the workplace (if any)
- Prepare inbound report and operations report
- Ensure delivery SLA are met with requirements
- Perform warehouse operations duties and provide oversight, planning or strategies for improvements
- Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to manage and resolve all issues relating to delivery
- Close monitoring of backlogs to expedite on time deliveries with no past dues
- Responsible for the physical accountability of inventory, data integrity, timely update in system and KPI reporting such as receiving, store and issue goods and manage stock's accuracy
- Identify, investigate, and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Other warehousing tasks and ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the Manager
Safety and Compliance
- Safely (with license) operate a forklift to move materials packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or incidents to the warehouse supervisor promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for all employees
Qualifications / Experience:
- Min. 3 year of experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills in order to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with good attention to details
