Job Description
- Aid the carrying out of plans to foster a culture of mentoring.
- Build a culture of constant learning and teamwork.
- Build a culture of teamwork with families and the community.
- Develop managers and high-potential employees via talent reviews.
- Develop self to maintain competence at a senior management level.
- Grow a culture of professionalism.
- Guide cluster to grow to care and trusting relationships with children.
- Design and implement plans for quality learning environments.
- Implement quality teaching and learning approaches.
- Lead in carrying out and reviewing curricula and programmes.
- Teach the core values of early childhood education within curricula and programmes.
Requirements
- Minimum with a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching with at least two years of relevant experience in a preschool setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge in curriculum and teaching pedagogy
- Hands-on experience in mentoring and coaching educators towards quality teaching practices
- Fluent in Chinese Language (spoken and written) as lessons are conducted in English or Chinese (Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese to conduct teaching lessons in Chinese language and also to communicate in Chinese speaking parents and students)
