Main Responsibilities
- Provide transport/escort to client and caregiver for medical appointments.
- Ensure that clients/wheelchairs are safely secured in the vehicle.
- Maintain vehicle in good condition.
- Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Inform Coordinator on all incidents occurred.
- In-charge of the cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Assist in Meals-On-Wheels delivery as required.
- Run office errands as required (to purchase, collect and dispatch equipment/items).
- Assist in other ad-hoc activities.
Working Conditions
- 5-day work week: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
