What you'll be doing:
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and support the administration team in handling initiatives to improve efficiency and seize rental opportunities.
- Rental Contract Administration: Manage SAP as a key user, providing first-line support for rental administration troubleshooting.
- Rental Asset Management: Manage rental asset lifecycle, including arranging batteries for load tests and scrapping assets as per company guidelines. Monitor RCT license expiry dates for rental equipment
- Customer Relations and Support: Handle dispute cases related to POs, invoices, pricing, equipment readiness, and payment issues.
What we look for:
- Minimum Bachelor degree or related degree
- Competent in MS Words/ Excel/ PowerPoint.
- Experience in SAP is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in related roles in a senior role
