Responsibilities:
· Scope of works includes supervision and co-ordination of all Mechanical &Electrical works
· Ensure that all installations are in accordance with the Working / Approved Drawings, and applicable local Codes, Regulations and Standards.
· To attend site meetings and site walks with developer and consultants as required.
· Assist the Consultants in supervision and inspection of construction work on site
· Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards
· Maintain and update site records on project progress
· Inspect and monitor quality of workmanship of M&E works on site
· Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)
Requirements:
· Minimum qualification of Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
· Minimum 8 years’ (RTO) experience in the supervision of M&E installation for local Hospital/Healthcare/Institution/Commercial developments
· Familiar with local codes and regulations
