The Job
- Supervise Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and enhancements to ensure reliability and performance.
- Manage Schedules: Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion by technicians and vendors.
- Conduct Inspections: Perform inspections to identify and resolve system anomalies.
- Capex Planning: Plan and execute capital expenditure replacements to minimize disruptions.
- Implement Efficient Technologies: Evaluate and adopt energy and water-efficient technologies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Service Management: Handle service requests and faults for timely resolution.
- Green Mark Compliance: Ensure compliance and work with consultants on sustainability initiatives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and capital expenditures.
- Contract and Tender Management: Develop tender specifications, evaluate submissions, and manage vendor performance for continuous improvement.
The Talent
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Hold a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role.
- Prior experience with realestate developers, the retail industry, or M&E contractors is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills for equipment data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Have expertise in energy and water optimization, system integration, and sustainability practices.
- Certified as a Senior/Fire Safety Manager.
- Accredited as a Green Mark Advance Professional.
