- Ensure sufficient staffing levels are in place to cover all absence and holiday dates.
- Ensure sufficient stock levels of consumables and chemical products are controlled.
- Highlight staff training needs and carryout where necessary
- To liaise with customers and staff for the purpose of giving and receiving feedback.
- To ensure working areas are free from slips, trips and fall hazards and that all Health & Safety requirements are met
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment is in good working order and report any faults, maintain an inventory of equipment.
