Job Description:
1. Lead Agile development team to deliver high-quality product increments
2. Provide supervision and guidance to the team in its adoption and implementation of Agile best practices
3. Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, etc.
4. Manage developers and serve as a cross-functional bridge to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives
5. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to prioritize backlog items
6. Effectively communicate and manage risks to minimize impediments for the development team
7. Foster ownership and a collaborative culture of continuous improvement, focused on delivering value to customers
8. Monitor software performance and drive systemic management of bugs and technical debt
9. Develop documentation and/or dashboard(s) to facilitate periodic (weekly C monthly) communication of development status, resource utilization trends, and release scope C dependencies to stakeholders
10. Support release processes and coordinate deployment timelines
11. Advance proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and any other development management tools; additional proficiency in Figma is a plus
12. Possess minimum of 3 years experience as a scrum master or delivery lead overseeing Agile teams, preferably with Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
13. Proven track record of driving and leading enterprise-level projects and/or large-scale integrations with third-party systems through to completion will be an advantage
14. Possess strong understanding and advocacy of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
15. Familiar with all aspects of the software development lifecycle
16. Demonstrate sufficient technical fluency or familiarity with mobile applications (iOS, Android), React Native, AWS, Postman, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Firebase,branching strategies, and DevOps pipelines (and more) to add value to technical discovery and product decision-making
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of spoken and written English
18. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex environments.

20. Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving skills
21. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
