Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team at our premium multiple brand retail store. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth and accurate transactions at the checkout counter.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Process cash, credit/debit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Provide receipts and give correct change.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and store policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
