Job Description
The quality control’s scope of work consists of, but not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for Incoming, In-process and final inspection of company's raw materials, goods, end products and etc.
- Responsible for performing raw material performance Testing.
- Periodic checking of molds and dies, production tools, work environment
- Serving as management representative for all ISO related tasks.
- Monitoring of QC activities.
- To handle any customer complaints and conduct customer survey from time to time.
- To handle any government/ external authority through machinery upkeep, license renewal, drawing database management and etc.
- Assist in completing MR’s activities.
- Other ad-hoc duties from QC aspects needed from time to time.
The Successful Applicant
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-3 years working experience as QC in manufacturing industry or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in various aspects of quality management system, eg ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & etc.
- Responsible, able to work independently & lead the team.
- Able to work in fast pace environment, tight deadlines with pressure.
