Job Description:
- Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives
- Weekly progress report for sales activities and project pipelines
- Analyze regional market trends and seek new opportunities for growth
- Identify, profile and engagement of channel partners and key accounts
- Accurate forecasting of sales recognition and inventory status
- Proactive follow ups on leads generated via various platforms, not limited to showroom and exhibition events
- Suggest good practices and techniques to increase customer satisfaction to enhance company's credibility and trust with stakeholders
- Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate Supervisor
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven work experience in regional sales or similar role
- Ability to have strong ownership for KPI
- Strong understanding of SEA and India culture and business environment
- Resilient and agile to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels in the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details and highly organized
- Availability to travel across SEA, India and Oceania as needed
