Join us as a Operations Manager in PEMENCO family. This is a vital role that marks the core giving the best experience to our guest.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and reports to the Operations Director for all matters in regards to the operational flow.
- In-charge of monthly team roster, total sales report, team performance KPI and overall inventory upkeep.
- Establish good-initiative service standards & procedures for our guest providing them an unforgettable dining experience with us.
- Plan and assign all pre-opening duties and closing duties to the floor team of the day.
- Support the Management of the outlet.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- A guest-first approach to hospitality.
- Possess problem solving, motivating and organization skills.
- Be well-versed with all the in-house products and services with the ability to maximise sales per table.
- Carry oneself with positivity during operational duty and display of good vibe influence to our guests and team members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion to work in a dynamic environment.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
