Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between insurers, sales consultants, and clients, ensuring efficient management of insurance applications from initiation to completion.
- Prepare highlights, quotes, and insurer illustrations for sales meetings.
- Provide comprehensive support for new business sales and after-sales policy services for sales consultants.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system.
- Coordinate pre-case submission tasks, including medical bookings, KYC document preparation, and insurer application forms.
- Manage new business case submissions to various insurers, working closely with sales consultants from application to policy inception.
- Handle monthly reporting for banking purposes.
- Address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders promptly and efficiently.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned within the Sales Operations Department.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry.
- Proficiency in software for insurer illustrations.
- Strong understanding of underwriting requirements for efficient case submissions.
