Job Role & Responsibilities
- Perform check in and out of vehicles (Taxis, Private vehicles, Commericial vehicles)
- Follow up with drivers on servicing and inspection appointments
- Update drivers on vehicle status
- Prepare quotation and proforma invoices
- Perform reminder calls to drivers/customers
- Driver Engagement
- Filing documents
- Assist with vehicle movement report preparation
- Perform frontline duties
- Follow up with 3rd party customers on their servicing and repairs
- Source for 3rd party customer leads
- Assist workshop where required
- Ad-hoc assignments by Workshop Manager
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and be flexible with changing priorities.
- Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to manage customer information and process service orders.
Qualifications/Certifications Required
- Primary/Secondary, GCE 'O'/'N', Nitec/Diploma/Degree
