Principal Accountabilities:-
- Liaise with intermediaries/clients on enquiries, renewals, endorsements, etc;
- To analyze the premium income for each month with reasons for increase/decrease of premiums for department reporting;
- To undertake risk surveys, if required;
- To quote in accordance with the Company's underwriting guidelines;
- To assist accounts department in premium collection including fronting policies;
- To enhance the service quality of the Japanese Business;
- To establish customer benefit services with vendors;
- Provide customer service to Japanese clients on their inquiries, requests, complaints and claims matters;
- Plan and organize visitations to clients (new business/renewal/claims happenings).
- Develop good relationship with clients to maintain and enhance existing clients’ business.
- Plan renewal strategies for Japanese corporate clients.
- Prepare referral form, issue Cover Notes and collect of premiums;
- Maintain clients’ details and information;
- Other duties that are assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:-
- Diploma/Degree holder or ACII/AAII qualifications and equivalent preferred;
- At least with CGI/HI or relevant insurance qualification; Preferably with at least 1/2 years of experience in General Insurance industry
