Responsibilities:
- To review account documents submitted by Relationship Managers
- To processing of client’s change in circumstance and amendments
- To ensure quality service is provided to internal clients
- To support the team in user acceptance testing
- To support other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Degree with minimum 2 years’ experience in client documentation in Banks.
- Good knowledge of account documentation in Private Banking.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Words
