Your Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the club
2. Ensure delivery of excellent member experience / customer service
3. Develop new lead generation plans and identify new business opportunities.
4. Grow, mentor, manage, and motivate members of your team
5. Develop retention plans to retain existing members.
6. Ensure the club achieves the operational KPI’s and targets
7. Setting of sales targets for the team and ensuring healthy membership levels
8. Ensure standard operating practices are being implemented consistently
Candidate Requirements:
1. 2 years relevant gym management experience preferred
2. Strong administration skills
3. Sales and marketing experience
4. Good leadership skills
5. Self-motivated with a strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people
6. Excellent knowledge of the industry and operational challenges
7. Good communication skills with all levels of the business
For those who may not be so ready but has the potential, we will start you as an Assistant Club Manager.
Please note that salaries will commensurate with candidate's abilities, experience, academic background, working attitude and potential to grow in the company.
