Job Description :
- Provides administrative support to Sales department
- Attending and maintaining of vendor registrations
- Attending to enquires and assisting in preparing commerical proposal
- Updating of client records
- Responsible for invoice processing, tracking of accounts receivables
- Maintain Sales contract register
- Monitor of Sales pipeline and analysis of sales performance
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Must be proficent in MS Excel, Ms Office
- Highly organized, focused and productive
- Comfortable with attending to multiple demands , adjusting to rapid change and ability to adjust priorities as required
- Preferably have at least 1-2 years of related experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Proficiency in languages used in the region preferred.
