Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate & supervise architectural works carried out by sub-contractors in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations
- Coordinate with the Architect, Structural and M&E staff to resolve problems and issues
- Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
- Liaise with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Building/Architecture or equivalent as recognized by PE Board
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Building & Construction industry
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup
- Good technical detailing, specification knowledge and aesthetic sensibilities
- Local building regulation knowledge, submission and tender drawing experience
