Corporate Secretary Executive


Location: Cecil street

3 mins to Telok Ayer MRT

4 mins to Shenton Way MRT

5 mins to Raffles Place MRT


Working Days: Mon-Fri, 5 days

Working Hours : 9am to 6pm

Salary: $3200 - $3800


Job Descriptions

  •  To provide full suite of corporate secretarial related services (e.g., incorporation of company change of company officers and share transfers)
  •  Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services
  •  Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions
  •  Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary / Annual / General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms and other related documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters.
  •  Provide advice on compliance requirements, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters
  •  Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properly updated and maintained
  •  Performing Onboarding / Ongoing Due Diligence Check on new and existing clients
  •  Liaise with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party business partners as and when required
  •  Handle work pass application for clients’ expatriate staff
  •  Review/Prepare financial statements in XBRL format.
  •  Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required

Requirements

  •  Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification / compliance background would be an advantage.
  •  A meticulous, organized and proactive individual who is able to work independently.
  •  Multi-task and work under tight timelines.
  •  At least 2 years’ relevant corporate secretarial experience is required
  •  Someone who is looking for long-term career growth prospect

Benefits

  • Performance bonus will be considered (average: 2 months for past a few years)
  • Company trip (year 2024 : trip to Japan) may conduct once in 2 to 3 years
  • Team building has been conducted once every 2 months. (the company gave some budget and team can organize lunch or activity)
  • Manager distributed work schedule (list of assigned task in a month) to each staff at the beginning of month based on the position and capability to avoid giving heavy workload to each staff

  • The company subsidizes lecture, exam fees or courses (ACCA/Secretary/IRAS) if it is subject to work related.
  • A few staff opt to work from home a few days in a week
  • Average OT hours is less than 5 hours in a month
  • Work from own country due to personal matters (period is limited) such as Bereavement, returning home, pregnancy, buying a house, etc.
