Job Description
- To ensure that Production schedule meet's customer's demand in term of deliveries and quality.
- Give direction and set specific objective to be achieved.
- Plan and utilize resource, manpower, materials and machines to maximum capacity to meet the company's objectives.
- Liaise, co-ordinate and work with other departments like Quality, Material and Admin.
- Exercise discipline and ensure the subordinate adhere to Company's rules and regulation.
- Responsible for the housekeeping and welfare of department.
All other ad hoc duties being assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder with 3 years of related experience in Management and 5 years experience in Quality.
- At least 3 years’ experience/knowledge in Marine industry
- Results-oriented, meticulous and a self-motivated team player
