Key Tasks:
- Plan and manage warehouse and transportation activities to achieve company goals
- Responsible to meet operational KPIs
- Coordinate all works closely with warehousing, transport and customer service teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Review and monitor performance of total operations, suppliers and service providers
- Manage storage and handling of inventories in warehouse
- Identify appropriate resources and assign workload and schedules to them
- Prepare budgets and manage expenses within budgets
- Manage ASRS and WMS Operations
- Ensure food safety and work health and safety practices are adhered to at all times
- Provide outstanding customer management and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct internal audits on delivery and warehouse facilities
- Ensure monthly reports are generated on timely basis
- Ensure all documents are updated for external audit
- Compliance with all government regulatory bodies
- Any other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior or management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Literacy in Japanese is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop solutions to problems.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Good interpersonal skills
