RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process supplier invoices to capture them accurately in the system
- Perform bank reconciliation and prepare month-end schedules
- Issue intercompany billings
- Responsible to ensure the company's accounting records & systems are complied with organisation's policies and statutory requirements
- Prepare journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data
- Respond to stakeholders' inquiries and resolve issues
- Support internal audit and annual financial audit
Diploma in Accountancy or relevant professional accounting qualification
Job requirements
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a similar capacity/role
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP system will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous with an eye for detail
- Hands-on and proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A highly motivated and organized individual, and a resourceful team player
