Job Description
JobTech is seeking a Customer Success Consultant who is eager to join our AI-driven startup and grow within the rapidly evolving HRTech space. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and a quick grasp of industry trends and dynamics.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Demonstrate proficiency with our flagship software platform.
- Collaborate closely with customers to resolve issues effectively via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and deliver comprehensive product training to new customers.
- Foster strong customer relationships, understanding their ongoing implementation, integration, and support requirements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, actively participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and liaising with our data and engineering teams.
- Offer tailored, thoughtful solutions that empower customers to progress and enhance their business outcomes.
- Partner with internal account managers to identify opportunities for existing customers to expand their usage of our platform and services.
- Maintain composure and adaptability as customer needs evolve over time.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest security trends and continuously improve the JobTech's security posture.
