Job Description

JobTech is seeking a Customer Success Consultant who is eager to join our AI-driven startup and grow within the rapidly evolving HRTech space. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and a quick grasp of industry trends and dynamics.


In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Demonstrate proficiency with our flagship software platform.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to resolve issues effectively via phone, email, and chat.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and deliver comprehensive product training to new customers.
  • Foster strong customer relationships, understanding their ongoing implementation, integration, and support requirements.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, actively participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and liaising with our data and engineering teams.
  • Offer tailored, thoughtful solutions that empower customers to progress and enhance their business outcomes.
  • Partner with internal account managers to identify opportunities for existing customers to expand their usage of our platform and services.
  • Maintain composure and adaptability as customer needs evolve over time.

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
  • Passionate about working with customers and finding solutions that make their goals possible
  • Has knowledge of common Human Resource management system functionality

You have to comply to our strict information security policies:

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks to protect sensitive
  • information.
  • Incident Response: Participate in the detection, analysis, and response to security
  • incidents.
  • Security Training: Attend regular training on information security best practices.
  • Data Protection: Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of JobTech data.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and
  • contractual requirements related to information security.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other functional departments to ensure cohesive security measures.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and enforce data
  • protection measures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest security trends and continuously improve the JobTech's security posture.
