Job Title: Accounts Assistant (ID8255)
Location: Ubi, Singapore
Working Hour：Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm
Salary: $2000 - $2500
Job Description:
- Sort out AR Invoices to receipts daily
- Scanned NETS/VISA/GIRO invoices settlement into sharedrive.
- Enter into Sage system to record settlement of AR invoices.
- Check daily bank transactions to record AR receipts.
- Send monthly SOA to Customer.
- Help to complete Forex table in excel.
- Handle AP and AR
- Maintain proper accounting records and filing system
- Prepare staff's commission report every month
- Accurate and timely submission of e-invoicing and issue credit note
- Assist in all other ad-hoc general administrative functions when assigned
