Job Description:
•Assist The Customer Services team in answering customer inquiries through phone, email or WhatsApp support.
•Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional manner.
•Accurately process orders, check/print/scan CODO, matching PO while ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
•Collaborate with others departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
•Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and follow-up actions taken.
