- An assistant sales manager plays a key role in helping the sales manager plan, organize, and direct the sales activities of the company or department.

- Experience in visual merchandising techniques and store layout optimisation.

- Excellent analytical capabilities to create and analyse reports and sales statistics.
- Ability to manage and motivate employees effectively with strong interpersonal skills.
