Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing tax invoices
- Preparing credit notes
- Preparing debit notes
- Petty cash
- Preparing receipt / outgoing / journal voucher
- Preparing “giro application form” from customer and vendor
- Preparing bank – remittance application form
- Preparing letter of credit application form
- Stationery & paper apportionment
- Attend to queries from “Department of Statistics”
- Oher ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Only Singaporean or SPR will be considered.
- Diploma in Accounting / Accountacy (LCC Level 3 / equivalent)
- Fresh graduates from Singapore local polytechnics in Accounting / Accountancy is welcome
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage
