· To ensure drafted policies and procedures by the organisation are in compliance with the regulatory and meet the
requirements as stipulated under CPE administered frameworks such as ERF and EduTrust Certification Scheme
· To Conduct training on regulatory requirements to TEG International College Staff
· To review documents and communication to regulators and partners, as part of the approval process before the
signing-offs by authorized officers of TEG International College
· To ensure all documents- including and not limited to minutes of meetings, qualifications of lecturers and regular
financial/non-financial reports/returns required by department and CPE are checked and verified.
· To work with organisation in ensuring policies and procedures documented for the purpose of Edutrust
Certification Scheme and Enhanced Registration Framework are effectively implemented.
· To conduct internal assessment of the EduTrust System regularly to ensure it remains healthy and relevant.
· To ensure process owners review the Operation Manual and Policy every 2 yearly.
