Job Description:
- Assist Sales Team with customer compliance requirements (KYC, Supplier Due Diligence, sustainability compliance, onboarding documents, and finance statements).
- Support RFP & RFI responses, coordinating with internal stakeholders on technical and compliance matters.
- Handle customer requests for one-time charges, custom part labor installations, and material needs.
- Assist with budgetary quotations, especially for basic services like interconnections.
- Coordinate and follow up on termination and renewal requests.
- Utilize SFDC to generate Sales Order Forms.
Job Requirement:
- Post-secondary qualification, preferably in IT/Technology.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Admin/Quote Support, preferably in IT/Telco/Data Center industries.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in spoken and written communication, customer-focused.
- Capable of handling urgencies and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
