Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Director, the Clinical HOD(s), and key stakeholders in planning, developing. and implementing new care models and clinical services.
- Be responsible for the improvement projects or new developmental initiative of the clinical departments to improve patient journey
- Guide a team in other aspects of Clinical Operations Support including but not limited to project management, data collection & analysis, resource management including budgetary planning, procurement, event management & logistics and other administrative/secretariat responsibilities.
- Engage multi-disciplinary stakeholders on matters such as but not limited to clinical service strategies and implementation plans, infrastructure matters, patient queries, IT issues, regulatory matters and financials
- Interact closely with both Senior Management from Clinical Depts, Operations as well as ground managers (from the clinics).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in healthcare administration.
- Must possess working experience with clinicians or experience in managing clinical programmes/operations in the public healthcare industry.
- Organised, meticulous individual with good project management, time management and numerical proficiency.
- Ability to work in a team and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent written skills (English), oral communications, and presentation skills.
