Job Description
- Educate patients
- Perform tests and health monitoring
- Provide treatment working with a physician or advanced practice nurse
- Develop relationships with patients and their families
- Translate prescriptions for care into sustainable activities for patients and their caregivers
- Provide case management, screenings, discharge planning, and triage
- Teach patients and their families about outpatient procedures and home care
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing.
- Able to commit shift duties.
- Minimally 1 year of inpatient ward experience in SG PHI
- Willing to perform 3 rotating shifts (including weekends and PH)
- Post Basic / Advanced Dip in Medical & Surgical will be added advantage
