We are seeking for a passionate, efficient and curious Communications Executive to join our team for 5 months as we build towards a crescendo of projects.

Here are some of the things that your role would cover:
Conference Communications & App Management:
- Research and building of Conference App content pages
- Building of a design deliverables list based on App requirements
- Tracking of required assets according to timeline
- Collecting and organising content and assets provided by external partners
- Posting and scheduling of notifications on the App based on approved content calendar
- Reporting of activities and engagement
- Management of assets across platforms
Social Media Campaigns
- Development of monthly content calendars (with guidance)
- Developing content and assets against the calendars
- Reporting of campaign activities
Video and Content
· Production and production support

This is an onsite role based in our office at 24 Ann Siang Road. Only candidates with existing permits to work will be considered.
The contract period is immediate until November of this year (2024). This role has a monthly salary of SGD3000.
