This is a 12-month (renewable) contract position.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule maintenance service with vendors services provided to the Bank including Bank’s apartment and DR centre.
Fixed assets maintenance including regular inspections and tracking.
Provide support to the Department Head for tenancy renewal/office renovation including DR centre.
Provide facilities management support for office related events/meetings/programs.
Coordinate with building management for repair and maintenance (toilet/lightings/aircon).
Perform new vendor registration/ yearly vendor evaluation.
Support HR admin related functions:
- Coordinate the onboarding and off-boarding process for new hires. Liaison with IT dept for card access activation/deactivation
- Employee P-file maintenance
- Employment background check for new employees
Act as the Bank’s Fire Warden.
Support any other ad-hoc office administrative duties that may be assigned, such as updating Bank’s phone directory, etc.
Other tasks:
- Maintain complete stock of stationery and pantry supplies.
- Verify invoice and provide procurement support in terms of sourcing for related vendors, evaluating quotations, and provide recommendations.
- Backup front desk reception duties for the Bank by managing internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
