The Executive, Marcom (Digital Marketing) is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the organisation’s online community engagement initiatives. You own the email and digital marketing process - monitoring, analysing, managing and producing unmatched results across multiple digital channels like Website, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and more.
You will be part of the team to grow the organisation’s presence on social media and website, conceptualising and creating engaging visual content and banners across platforms.
Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and implement a strategic social media marketing plan across all channels to enhance the organisation’s presence on social media and the website.
• Plan the social media calendar, brainstorm ideas, create content, manage campaigns, and engage with the online community.
• Analyse key data and metrics to ensure social media initiatives meet set KPIs.
• Monitor and manage the quality of the company's interactions and responses on social media and marketplaces.
• Actively participate in search engine optimisation and search engine marketing efforts, including keyword and image optimisation.
• Optimise website design to improve user experience and increase web traffic; conduct web analysis using tools like Google Analytics.
• Participate in various marketing-related activities as assigned.
Graphic and Creative Design:
• Design and produce all marketing materials and collaterals, including event creatives for Club Rainbow’s signature events.
• Conceptualise and create engaging visual content across various platforms.
Email Marketing:
• Craft compelling and results-driven email marketing content and banners.
• Drive initiatives to grow the email database and optimise email marketing objectives such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Manage the CRM system and marketing mailing lists.
Stakeholder Management:
• Work with different teams within Club Rainbow to design and produce marketing materials and address social media activation needs.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as educational institutions and corporate partners for events like roadshows and exhibitions to raise awareness of Club Rainbow’s cause.
• Perform specific projects or tasks as assigned by the supervisor and Executive Director.
Requirements
· Possess at least Diploma in Marketing or related fields
· At least 1-2 years proven track-record of executing high conversion social media marketing campaigns will be advantageous, though fresh graduates are welcome
· Effective oral and written communication skills
· Good understanding of e-commerce would be preferred.
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
· Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
· Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a lean working environment
Skills:
· Experience in using Content Management System will be advantageous
· Well-versed in the use of graphic and creative design software (Photoshop/ Illustrator, Canva, etc.), graphic designing and in-house production.
· Knowledge of SEO & SEM concepts and website analytics tools (Google analytics)
· Products photography and videography skills would be an added advantage.
