- Duration: 1 year Contract (Extendable or convertible based on performance & operational needs)
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Responsibilities
- Running events, comfortable with coordination leading up to events (liaising with fellow staff, vendors, creation of EDM/social media) and actual event day activities
- Work in close collaboration and partnership with management and line departments to achieve short-term and long-terms goals and objectives
- Administer and execute HR functions and processes
- Provide administrative support
- Support in events such as staff wellness, process/work improvement review projects etc
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Passion in events management
- Creative and tech savvy, good in EDM creation using Canva
