Responsibilities
- Seek out potential clients and business prospects for secured lending (Property).
- Actively promote the company’s range of financial products and offer guidance on loans to address customer financing requirements.
- Maintain steady growth and achieve pre-set business targets.
- Proactive monitoring of portfolio accounts to achieve maximum profitability and identify new business opportunities.
- Strengthen involvement with key partners and proactively build and manage long-term partnerships
- Prepare credit proposals involving financial analysis.
- Partake in sales and marketing activities in generating prospects.
- Identify, develop, and implement marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Finance or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the account management, sales or sales support roles
- Candidates should have SME loan experience and relevant contacts (with SMEs and Loan brokers) to source for loan deals.
- Strong acquisition, confidence and result oriented to work well under pressure.
- Meticulous in documentation work
- Experience in term loans and mortgage loans is a plus
