As our Document Controller you will be responsible for managing project's documents while ensuring their quality. This role plays a crucial part in the organization's document management processes to support operational efficiency.
Job Description
- Create, review, revise, and maintain documents according to company standards and procedures.
- Ensure all documentation meets formatting, version control, and quality requirements.
- Establish and maintain document filing and retrieval systems, both electronic and physical.
- Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely access to current versions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role in document management preferably in Engineering consultant firm.
- Strong understanding of document control principles, practices, and standards.
- Proficient in document management software (e.g., SharePoint) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document management and data entry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
